B-Admin-Time is an application for managing sports groups (clubs, sections and regular racket-sport groups) that helps organise sessions, registrations, waitlists, payments and notifications. It is intended for members of groups using the service.
You create your account yourself by providing an email address, display name and password; the email address must be confirmed. Access is personal and non-transferable, and you must keep your login credentials confidential. Creating and running a group may require an active subscription as described in "Fees and plans".
Using the application at the group level is paid, on a subscription basis. The following rules apply:
After the trial or paid period ends — following a short grace period — the group switches to read-only mode. Group data is not deleted and remains visible, but creating new sessions, registering for them, inviting members and changing group settings are disabled. Settling existing payments remains possible, and a member may leave the group at any time. Full functionality returns once the subscription is paid. If a group has not paid for a subscription after its free trial period ends, its data (session comments, guest names) is encrypted as an additional safeguard after a further month in read-only mode. Paying for the subscription at any time automatically restores full, plain access to the data.
The service agreement is concluded upon acceptance of these Terms during registration or group creation. You may withdraw from the service at any time by not renewing the subscription or by deleting your account — the service then runs until the end of the paid period. After termination, group data is kept for up to 12 months in read-only mode, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires longer retention (e.g. accounting records).
If you enter into the agreement as a consumer (outside business activity), you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. Account registration is always free, and the group's 14-day trial period is a free investment by the provider, not a paid digital service — using the trial period does not limit or exclude your right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal applies to the paid group subscription and runs from the day it is paid for; starting to use the paid subscription before the withdrawal period ends, with your express consent, may limit or exclude this right with respect to the part of the service already performed.
The provider may amend these Terms for valid reasons (changes to the scope of the service, the law, or the billing model). We will inform you of changes in advance, and continued use of the application may require re-acceptance of the updated Terms.
A group administrator may block or remove from the group a member who violates group rules or these Terms. Administrator powers apply only to membership and data within their own group.
You are responsible for the content you publish in the app: comments, messages, descriptions, your name and profile picture. Unlawful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, sexual or violent content and spam are prohibited — we do not tolerate them, nor any abuse of other users. You can report any content or user in the app (the “Report” option) or at kontakt@tembosolutions.pl, and you can block a user — you will then no longer see their comments or messages. We review reports within 24 hours: content that violates the terms is removed, and its author may be blocked in the group or in the whole app. We inform both the person who reported and the author of the removed content of the decision by e-mail; the author may appeal by replying to that message.
The provider makes every effort to keep the service continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Technical maintenance, updates or failures may cause temporary downtime. Planned interruptions will be announced where possible.
The application is a tool that supports organising play — the provider is not liable for arrangements, settlements or relations between group members, or for content entered by users. The provider's liability is limited to cases provided for by mandatory provisions of law. Weather forecasts shown in the app come from an external provider (MET Norway), are for information only and may be inaccurate — the decision to cancel or play a game rests with the group administrator.
You can delete your account yourself at any time in the app's profile settings, or request its deletion by contacting kontakt@tembosolutions.pl. Upon deletion, personal data will be removed or anonymised in accordance with the Privacy Policy, except for data we are required to keep under the law.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Polish court. Consumers also have access to out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms.
