Inactive Members and the Activity Log in a Sports Group

The longer a group runs, the harder it is to manually track who's actually still playing versus who just stayed on the member list. A similar problem affects the group itself: once there's more than one admin, eventually nobody remembers who changed a given setting or exactly who was removed from the group and why.
Who counts as inactive
B-Admin-Time detects inactivity automatically: a player who played at least 3 sessions in the last 90 days but hasn't shown up to any in the last 14 days shows up on the inactive list. This isn't an automatic removal — the status itself doesn't change anything about the player's account, it just draws the admin's attention.
The admin dashboard shows it at a glance
The number of inactive members is visible right on the group's admin dashboard, alongside other signals worth attention — overdue payments, sessions still short on players, or pending join requests. The full list is sorted by who played longest ago — the admin decides manually what to do next (a reminder, removal, or nothing).
Activity log — who changed what, and when
The activity log merges two sources into one filterable feed: group-level changes — removing, blocking or unblocking a member, changing their role, updating group settings, transferring ownership of the group, a sent announcement, decisions on join requests — plus the full history of every session: sign-ups, waitlist changes, settlements, match results. Everything can be filtered by person, action type, and date range, so with several admins it’s easy to check who actually changed something instead of guessing.
The activity log and admin dashboard are available on every plan. See also the full pricing.
Frequently asked questions
Does the app automatically remove inactive members?
No. The inactivity status is purely informational — what to do next about a given player is always the admin's decision.
What exactly ends up in the activity log?
Everything related to managing the group (members, settings, ownership, announcements) plus the full history of every session (sign-ups, waitlist, settlements, match results) — merged into one feed, which you can filter by person, action type, and date if you only want a narrow slice.
On which plan is the admin dashboard and activity log available?
On every plan, including the cheapest Lite.
