B-Admin-TimeSessions in your calendar — one-off or automatic
Adam ·
Signing up for a session in the app is one thing, but remembering it is another — and retyping the date into your phone calendar by hand is exactly the kind of small chore that is easy to skip.
Add a single session with one click
Every session has a link that opens a ready-made event in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or your phone's calendar — with the correct time, court and location, no retyping. It works the same way on a computer and in the mobile app.
Calendar subscription — new sessions appear on their own
Instead of adding each session separately, you can subscribe to the whole group schedule with a single link (.ics/webcal format, supported by Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook) — the calendar refreshes automatically, so a new session created in the app shows up in yours without any extra action. The link is unique to your account and shows only the sessions you are signed up for.
“There is much more clarity around the players list, venue and court numbers. It has made it easier for everyone to know where and when they are playing.” — Admin of a group of about 20 players that has been using B-Admin-Time for over 2 months

Frequently asked questions
Does the calendar subscription show the sessions of all players in the group?
No — only the ones you are actually signed up for.
How quickly will a new session appear in the subscribed calendar?
Most calendar apps refresh subscribed calendars roughly once an hour — it depends on the calendar app, not on B-Admin-Time.
What happens to the calendar event if the session is cancelled?
With a subscription, the event is automatically marked as cancelled on the next refresh. An event added individually (without a subscription) has to be deleted manually.
