Reminders before a session — you set the time that suits you

A reminder sent four days before a session gets lost among other notifications, and one sent five minutes before is useless. A single, fixed reminder time for the whole group never suits everyone equally well.
Every player sets their own time
In B-Admin-Time, the pre-session reminder is a profile setting, not a group setting — each player chooses how many hours ahead they want to receive it, from 1 to 24 hours before the start. The default is 2 hours, but changing it takes one click in the settings.
Push, not another chat message
The reminder arrives as a private push notification sent directly to the player, not as a message visible to the whole group — it does not clutter the shared chat and only concerns a session the person is actually signed up for.
“It’s a good app for managing sports groups, especially when you have many players who can otherwise miss or forget their game schedules.” — Admin of a group of about 20 players that has been using B-Admin-Time for over 2 months

Frequently asked questions
Do I also get a reminder if I am on the waitlist?
No — the reminder applies to a confirmed spot in a session. People on the waitlist get a separate notification when a spot opens up.
Can I turn reminders off completely?
Yes, in your profile's notification settings you can turn off this specific category while keeping the others.
Can an admin change the reminder time for other players?
No — it is an individual setting of each account, and an admin has no influence over it.
