A guest at a session — how to add someone who has no account in the app

One of the first worries when switching to an app: “what about someone who plays once every few months and does not want to create an account”, or “do I have to convince the whole group from the start”. You do not — B-Admin-Time has a separate, simpler way to add someone who is not, and does not have to be, a group member.
A guest is not the same as a group member
Adding a guest to a session requires only their first and last name — no account creation, no logging in, no invitation to the group. The guest is visible on the session's player list just like everyone else, but has no access to the app of their own and does not need any.
Who can add a guest
You do not have to be an admin. A guest can be added by any player who can join the given session themselves — so if someone brings a friend to play, they do it on their own, without asking the organizer to step in. The group can, however, set how many hours after a session is published regular players may start adding guests (24 hours by default) — this gives group members priority in signing up before outsiders take the spots. Admins and the session organizer do not have to wait for that time.
Guest payment — with or without a sports card
A guest settles up separately from regular group members: they can pay with ordinary cash/bank transfer or with a sports card (Multisport, Medicover), with the same distinction between hourly and daily entry that regular players have. The cashier sees the guest's status as a separate item, so nothing gets mixed up with the rest of the group's settlements.
A guest in the queue just like everyone else
A guest takes a real spot in the session — they land on the main list or the waitlist under exactly the same rules as regular players (including the lottery, if the group has enabled it). An admin or the session organizer can give a guest a guaranteed spot, bypassing those rules, as a one-off exception, but by default the guest waits in the same queue as everyone else.
You do not have to convince the whole group from the start
This solves a real problem when moving away from a spreadsheet: you do not need to create an account for everyone who will ever play in order to start using the app. A few regular players can have their own accounts from day one, and anyone who drops by occasionally stays a guest for as long as they like — creating their own account is their decision, not a condition of playing.

Frequently asked questions
Does a guest ever have to create their own account?
No. They can be added as a guest with no time limit or cap on the number of sessions — creating their own account is always their decision, never a requirement.
Who can see the guest's data?
Only the first and last name entered when adding them — visible within that session and group just like other players' details, with no additional information.
Can a guest pay with a sports card?
Yes — Multisport and Medicover work for guests the same way as for regular members, with the same distinction between hourly and daily entry.
Do you have to be a group admin to add a guest?
No — any player who has the right to join the given session themselves can do it.
Can anyone add a guest right after a session is published?
Not always — the group can set a time (24 hours from the session's publication by default) after which regular players can start adding guests, to give group members priority in signing up. Admins and the session organizer can add a guest at any time, bypassing this restriction.
