Sports cards in settlements: modes and swipe limits

Cards like Multisport or Medicover complicate settlements: some players pay less, the venue honors only a certain number of entries, and someone has to convert that into zloty. B-Admin-Time does it for the cashier, and the group chooses the rule by which the cost is split.
Two billing modes
The admin sets the mode in the group settings, in the “Card billing” section. There are two to choose from: “Individual card discount” (the default) and “Equal split + no-card surcharge”.
In the individual mode, the court cost is split in proportion to playing time, and a person with a card pays less by the amount of their card discount (by default 15 zł per card use). A person without a card pays their full share.
In the surcharge mode, the court cost — reduced by the venue's card discounts — is split equally, and people without a card pay an additional surcharge for every full half hour of play (by default 3 zł).
Example
Four people play for an hour on one court costing 80 zł, two of them have a Multisport card (hourly entry), and the card discount is 15 zł — both in the venue settings and in the group settings. The venue reduces the price by the discounts for two cards, so 50 zł is left to split. In the individual mode, everyone's share is 20 zł: the people with a card pay 5 zł, and those without pay 20 zł each. In the surcharge mode, the 50 zł is split equally, which is 12.50 zł per person, and the two people without a card pay a surcharge of 6 zł each (2 × 3 zł), paying 18.50 zł in total.
Hourly and daily entry
Next to a player you'll see a card badge: MS or MC indicates the brand (Multisport or Medicover), and “/h” or “/d” the billing method: one entry per hour of play or one entry per day. Each player can therefore have a different kind of card, and everything will still be settled correctly.
Card swipe limit
In each venue's configuration you can set a card swipe limit per hour per court — separately for each card type (from 1 to 4, default 4). This reflects the real rules of venues, which honor only a limited number of card entries. The limit doesn't block sign-ups — it affects how the discount is split at settlement. When there are more card holders than free swipes, in the “When the card swipe limit is exceeded” setting you can keep the default “Split the discount equally” or choose “Cashier selects who swiped” and pick the people who get the discount yourself. The cashier can also correct the number of card uses manually before saving the settlement.
When to change the mode
Changing the mode doesn't recalculate settlements that are already saved — it applies from the next session's settlement. Both modes are available in every plan.
We described the whole session settlement process — from the venue price list to extra costs — in the article session settlement, and you can set up venue price lists and discounts following the guide configuring venues and court price lists. Create a group — 14 days free, no card required.
Frequently asked questions
Does the swipe limit block session sign-ups?
No — it doesn't restrict sign-ups. It only affects how the card discount is split at settlement.
Will changing the mode recalculate previous settlements?
No — saved amounts stay unchanged, and the new mode applies from the next settlement.
Who can change the card billing mode?
A group admin or the owner, in the group settings.
Can someone be exempted from the no-card surcharge?
Yes — an admin can exempt a chosen member from this surcharge in their settings within the group.
