Not showing up without warning is one of the few problems that really cost a group money: the court is paid for, and the spot sits empty. B-Admin-Time lets you settle this once in the settings, instead of coming back to the topic after every session.
When a cancellation counts as “late”
The reference point is the “No-show window” setting: the number of hours before the session from which withdrawing is treated as late. By default it's 48 hours, and an admin can set anything from 1 to 168 hours. Withdrawing earlier than this window is a regular cancellation — with no consequences at all.
Looking for a replacement instead of a penalty
A player who withdraws within the no-show window gets the status “Seeking replacement”, and their spot is freed up for others. If someone takes it — signs up, moves up from the waitlist or is added by an admin — the player who was seeking a replacement is released without a no-show. If the spot isn't taken, the player is marked as a no-show after the session ends.
Two ways to charge for a no-show
The admin chooses the penalty type: “Proportional” or “Fixed amount” (proportional by default). With a proportional penalty, the absent player still shares the court cost in proportion to the time they signed up for — they simply pay for the spot they didn't use. The absent player's sports cards aren't taken into account — they pay their share without a card discount. With a fixed amount, they don't pay a share of the court, and the rest of the cost is split among the other players; instead, the absent player pays a set amount (from 0 to 500 zł).
Manual correction
After the session ends, an admin can change a player's status to “Confirmed” or “No-show”. Restoring the confirmed state clears the no-show penalty, so a mistake is easy to fix.
You turn penalties on yourself
The fixed penalty amount is set to 0 zł by default, so until an admin sets it, an absence doesn't generate any extra charge. Charging fees and penalties works from the Regular plan. The group can also designate a “Penalty recipient” — the person who confirms payments that include penalties.
