Court and Time Slot Sessions for Groups
A session in B-Admin-Time isn’t one block of “we play at 7 PM” — it’s split into courts and time slots, each with its own spot limit. Players see exactly where there’s room and sign up themselves with one tap.

Why splitting into slots matters
With one court and 8 people, a simple list is enough. With 2-3 courts and 20+ players you need to know who is playing on which court and when — without that, sign-ups turn into guesswork. Slots solve this directly: every court and time is its own unit with its own spot limit and its own list of people signed up.
What the organizer sees
- A grid of all the session’s slots with the number of people signed up and free spots.
- The option to edit a single slot (time, limit, court) without touching the whole session.
- Recurring rules that create the next sessions on a fixed schedule by themselves (Regular and Pro plans).
- For tennis, padel and pickleball: which courts are outdoor and what the forecast is for them; slots on outdoor courts can be cancelled due to weather (the chosen ones or the whole session).

Sessions and slots are the foundation that sign-ups and the waitlist and settlements build on. You can also add a session to your phone’s calendar or set up the price list for the venue where you play. See also the full pricing.
“From the organizer’s point of view, a big change is being able to create recurring games and set a schedule for opening their sign-ups. That way you don’t have to remember to open each new round of sign-ups by hand.”
“There is much more clarity about the player list, the venue and the court numbers. It is easier for everyone to know where and when they are playing.”

Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between a session and a slot?
A session is the whole event (say, Thursday 7-9 PM), and a slot is a part of it — a specific court in a specific time window. One session can have several slots at the same time (e.g. 2 courts) and one after another (e.g. two hours split into two one-hour slots).
Do I have to work out by hand how many people fit on a court?
No — the spot limit is set once per slot and enforced automatically as people sign up.
Can sessions be created automatically on a fixed schedule?
Yes, with recurring rules (e.g. “every Thursday at 7 PM”) — available from the Regular plan. On the Lite plan, sessions are created by hand, which is enough for smaller, irregular groups.
