Padel group organiser: always four on court

B-Admin-Time helps a padel group get a full four on every court: a four-player limit, a waitlist that fills gaps on its own, and the court cost split between players. The organiser no longer has to chase the group chat to find out who can still play.

Four spots per court

In padel, a court always means four people. You set up each court in a session as a slot with four spots. Once it’s full, the next people go on the waitlist, and when someone drops out, the first person on the list takes their place automatically. More on sign-ups and the waitlist.

One player short right before the game

The classic problem: the day before the game there are three of you and the waitlist is empty. On the Pro plan you open that one session to players from outside the group. It shows up under “Games nearby” or you share it by link, and you approve who joins. See open sessions and the guide short of players? Fill the gaps without chat chaos.

A court for four

The app works out the court cost from the venue’s price list and splits it between players in proportion to playing time. Balls go in as an extra cost, split equally. Everyone sees what they owe, and the cashier sees who has already paid. Details on the settlements page.

Outdoor courts and weather

Playing outside in summer? Mark which courts are outdoor in the venue settings, and every slot on them shows an hourly forecast: conditions, temperature, rain and wind (MET Norway data — the same as yr.no). When the forecast two days before the game shows a thunderstorm, heavy rain or cold, the admin gets a suggestion to cancel. They cancel the chosen slots with one button, and players get notified. Your group decides what counts as bad weather and who gets the alert.

Frequently asked questions

Does padel work differently from badminton in the app?

Only in the details: extra costs come with a ready-made “Balls” item and the group gets the 🎾 emoji. New matches default to doubles, just like in badminton. Sign-ups, the waitlist, settlements and the ranking work the same in every sport.

What if we’re one player short for padel?

The waitlist comes first: when someone drops out, the first person on the list takes their spot. If the list is empty, on the Pro plan you can open the session to players from outside the group and approve the person who completes the four.

Does the ranking count results in pairs?

Yes. The ELO ranking is kept separately for singles and doubles, and match history also shows how a player does alongside a specific partner. Match results and the ranking are on the Pro plan.

Does the app show the weather for outdoor courts?

Yes. Courts marked as outdoor in a venue show an hourly MET Norway forecast next to every slot (up to about 9 days ahead). When the forecast is bad, the admin gets a suggestion to cancel and can cancel the chosen slots; players are notified. Available on every plan.

How much does it cost for a padel group?

There are three plans: Lite, Regular and Pro. They differ in member limits and features, and current prices are on the pricing page. Every new group gets 14 days of full Pro access for free, with no card required.
