Table tennis club app: tables, matches, rankings

B-Admin-Time runs regular table tennis for a group or club: sign-ups by table and time, a match schedule for the evening, set-by-set results and an ELO ranking. In a table tennis group the app talks about tables, not courts.
Several tables, one evening
A club evening usually means several tables and a dozen or more players. Every table and time is its own slot with a spot limit, so you can see where there’s room before anyone arrives. See sessions and courts.
Lots of short matches
Matches are short, so opponents change often. The game schedule (Regular plan) sets the order of matches and assigns tables. On the Pro plan you enter results set by set, and new matches default to singles.
A ranking that keeps itself
Results feed the ELO ranking (Pro plan): beating a stronger opponent earns more points than beating a beginner. Read more about how an ELO ranking works in an amateur group.
How the app adapts to Table tennis
- The app talks about tables instead of courts: in slots, the game schedule and notifications.
- A new match defaults to singles — you can switch any match to doubles.
- Extra costs come with a ready-made “Balls” item, split equally between the session’s players.
- The group and its sessions are marked with the 🏓 emoji.
- Sign-ups, the waitlist, settlements, the ELO ranking and notifications work exactly as in every other sport.

Frequently asked questions
Does table tennis work differently from badminton in the app?
Yes, in its wording: the app talks about tables instead of courts in slots, the schedule and notifications. New matches default to singles, extra costs come with a ready-made “Balls” item, and the group gets the 🏓 emoji. Everything else works as in other sports.
Can I enter results set by set?
Yes. You enter a match result set by set, up to seven sets, and the app updates the ELO ranking from it. Match results are on the Pro plan.
Can the app handle several tables at once?
Yes. Every table in a session is its own slot with its own spot limit, and tables can be labelled with numbers or letters, such as A or B1.
How much does it cost for a table tennis group?
There are three plans: Lite, Regular and Pro. They differ in member limits and features, and current prices are on the pricing page. Every new group gets 14 days of full Pro access for free, with no card required.
