Squash group app: courts, time slots and rankings

B-Admin-Time keeps a regular squash group organised: sign-ups for specific courts and times, a one-on-one match schedule during the session, and an ELO ranking built from the results. Instead of sorting out who plays whom and when in the group chat, everyone sees it in the app.
Short bookings, several courts
Squash is played in shorter blocks, often on several club courts at once. Every court and time is its own slot with its own spot limit, so sign-ups for, say, one-hour blocks never get mixed up. See sessions and courts.
Who plays whom
Opponents change through the evening. The game schedule (Regular plan) sets the order of matches and assigns courts, so nobody has to keep asking who’s on next. New matches default to singles.
A ranking instead of a results notebook
Match results feed the ELO ranking (Pro plan). Everyone sees their level against the group, their points change after each session and their head-to-head record with a specific rival.
How the app adapts to Squash
- Sessions are split into courts and time slots — the way you book them at the venue.
- A new match defaults to singles — you can switch any match to doubles.
- Extra costs come with a ready-made “Balls” item, split equally between the session’s players.
- The group and its sessions are marked with the 🎾 emoji.
- Sign-ups, the waitlist, settlements, the ELO ranking and notifications work exactly as in every other sport.

Frequently asked questions
Does squash work differently from badminton in the app?
Only in the details: new matches default to singles, extra costs come with a ready-made “Balls” item, and the group gets the 🎾 emoji. Sessions, sign-ups, settlements and the ranking work the same in every sport.
Can I run a squash ladder?
No. B-Admin-Time doesn’t run ladders, leagues or tournaments. Instead it calculates an ELO ranking from the matches played at your group’s sessions, so the order changes after every recorded match.
How do we split the court when we take turns?
The app splits the court cost between players in proportion to playing time, so someone who played less pays less. The cashier confirms payments one by one or for the whole session at once.
How much does it cost for a squash group?
There are three plans: Lite, Regular and Pro. They differ in member limits and features, and current prices are on the pricing page. Every new group gets 14 days of full Pro access for free, with no card required.
